Football Clash Arena Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the iOS game Football Clash Arena, published by Destplay. By downloading or playing the game, you agree to them. Purchases are also covered by Apple’s Media Services Terms.

License

Destplay grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play Football Clash Arena on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store rules. You do not buy the game software itself — you buy a license to use it.

Full Access purchase

The game includes a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase (“Full Access”) that unlocks additional campaign maps (City, Mountain, Ice, Moon) and the Spy outfit. Payment is charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. There is no Destplay subscription and no auto-renewal.

Use Restore Purchases on the same Apple ID if you reinstall the game or change devices. Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple, not by Destplay directly.

Accounts

You do not need to create an account. Optional Game Center features use your Apple Game Center profile and follow Apple’s Game Center terms.

Acceptable use

Do not cheat, reverse engineer, disrupt services, or use the game in a way that breaks the law or App Store rules. We may refuse support if we reasonably believe the game was modified.

Intellectual property

The game, art, audio, and Destplay name belong to Destplay or its licensors. These terms do not give you rights to copy or redistribute that material except as needed to play on your devices.

Disclaimer

The game is provided “as is”. Destplay does not promise uninterrupted service or that every device will behave the same. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Destplay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Some places do not allow these limits; they apply only as far as local law permits.

Changes

We may update the game and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms posted on this page.
